Lucy is the Princess of Atlantis and her parents are Jude Heartfilia and Layla Heartfilia but sadly after her mother's death nothing was the same.
Her father would 'punish' her for her 'awful' actions which would leave markings. She had made the decision to runaway but one problem. SHE HAD A SCALY PINK FISH TAIL!
