For example, enjoying the sunrise, drinking warm, bitter coffee, cooking food to eat together with family, or other simple things that unknowingly make our hearts feel excited and happy when we do them,

Ikigai (生き甲斐) [ ee-kee-gahy ] noun; one's reason for being, which in principle is the convergence of one's personal passions, beliefs, values, and vocation.
