Luck Lewis is a young Pokémon trainer from New Bark Town in the wonderful, adventure-packed Johto, and when he receives his first Pokémon from Professor Elm himself, he is excited to travel the world and start his journey of becoming a powerful Pokémon trainer! Maple is a secretive researcher who's been on a mission ever since the mythical Pokémon Mew came to her in a dream: she must find a set of ruins hidden in the ocean that are being threatened by greater forces, for their survival is key for the Pokémon history that was and that's yet to come. But she has a problem: she doesn't know where these ruins are, and the budget she had to work with before has since been thinning out; the job was too difficult to handle alone... luckily for her, she just so happened to find a young, easily manipulated kid with an almost unlimited surplus of money available for a Pokémon journey. Unluckily for her, Luck is a teenager, and like every teenager before him, he wants to win every Pokémon gym badge to ever exist, and nothing will deter him from his goal! In Pokémon Opal, young Luck Lewis joins not-so-young Maple on a quest to save Mew's underwater ruins and win all of Johto's gym badges and beyond!

Eager to follow in the footsteps of his older brother Domuno, Raido dreams of becoming a Pokémon Trainer and forging unbreakable bonds with his Pokémon companions. Not only that, but a mysterious and cryptic gift from Raido's estranged Father also leads him to believe that he's destined for something more than the norm. This is the second installment in the 'Pokémon Red' series. Red, a 10-year-old Pokémon Trainer, after rejecting the oppurtunity to become the Viridian City Gym Leader must continue his quest of becoming a Pokémon Master to the Johto Region. Here he will be met with similar challenges, mainly - Team Rocket. Frequently Asked Questions: Q - This book has a crossover? A - The book crosses over with @Bossun24 's Pokemon Leaf Chronicles for 6 chapters. The crossover had been planned 1 year prior to its publishing. Q - Why is Leaf replaced by Lyra? A - Leaf is not replaced by Lyra, both characters are different in their own ways. I wanted to get Leaf out of the picture for a different kind of character growth. Lyra is Red's cousin sister, with Red being an experienced trainer, he acts like a mentor to her. Q - So time travel happens in this one? A - It does, and its fun how it plays out. Q - Who is this Masked Man? There was a masked man in the manga too. A - While the idea was original, a mystery man who structures every Team Rocket plan and assists Giovanni. I was shocked to see that the manga had someone named "Masked Man" as well. Q - Who is this Masked Man? And why is he important? A - A mystery man controlling every aspect of a criminal organisation and has been the true mastermind of Giovanni's every plan? Sounds pretty important to me. As for his identity, I was very unsure if I was ever going to reveal it as it was not very important at first until the second book was coming to an end.
