Celia Bloomsbury (Ivory Wing) is a futuristic superhero who possesses the power of telekinesis. Her life is all about saving people, until she meets aspiring supervillain Veda (ShadowFire) who opposes Celia's organization, the Sisc Society (Superheros Interested in Safety for Citizens). Veda believes that superheros are hurting the world more than they are helping it.
