Though that all changed when after saving the bully who made his life miserable, he decided to reveal that Jaune faked his way into beacon and soon he lost everything. During Jaune's early life, he was abused and beaten by his father after the death of his uncle as the devil's drink controls his father. Jonathon Arc, the father of Jaune has lost his brother, Hendrick Arc for unknown reasons, but with the wounds, he knows he's been murdered. Jonathon was once a great father to his wife and kids until the drink got the better of him which has turned him into an abusive and neglecting father. His wife then left after the attempt of rape had led him to be arrested and demoted. The Arc sisters soon left leaving Jaune all alone with his father. Jonathon, blaming Jaune for the family leave, forced him into exile and was sent to Mount Glenn along with all the other exiles where he found a mysterious source. That is where the One Man Army was born. Two years later he conducts acts of anti-terrorism, robbers, raids of bandit camps, etc. Until then, a new enemy known as the [REDACTED] stepped in next door and started invading Menagerie. This is where it all began.
