Dr doofenshmirtz wants to become a scientist it doctor.His first inator is an impreginator and he wants to use it to help those who can't easily get pregnant. It makes someone pregnant by combining their DNA with the DNA of the other person it's pointed at. Phineas and Ferbs parents weren't able to have kids after having Candice so they went to him for help.
