The kingdom of darkness, Tenebris is ruled over by a powerful king with a desire to rid the world of the kingdom of light, Letitia. While his son Drystan, the crown prince, hates them also, his resentment for his father grows stronger. He must battle his own darkness, struggling to break free of the hold both kingdoms has over him.

This book has sexual reference and mentions of things that could possibly be triggering to some - e.g. young motherhood and loss of a parent. This work is usually split into two parts, but I have decided to take down the second part, and consider the first part, one book for now, so I can work on the second. When the second part/book has been finished, I'll decide whether I like it as one book or to reincorporate the rest of the book to make it one. Entered in the Wattys(2020)!Complete
