Theirs was a tumultuous beginning. She was a prostitute he saved begrudgingly and he was a warrior who knew nothing other than blood and war. Yet knowing their existence was merely a screw in a cog to a bigger purpose, they found friendship. When scandal forces a man who never thought he would marry and a woman who hates the sight of men, it sets them on a collision course that neither thought their life would take. Theirs is a union of convenience, hatred, and wicked games between life and death. All the more, it was still there, and that left one thing. That one thing was to finally get together then, and now right? Wrong.
