Aizen had created many hollows with his experiments on Hollowfication, however his greatest masterpiece would come in the form of Fishbone D. This hollow could force those that it had bitten to manifest an inner hollow. This same hollow was the one who attacked Rukia the night she gave her powers to Ichigo Kurosaki.
With her apparennt rescue from execution, Aizen makes his move attempting to steal the Hogyoku hidden within her soul. However things quickly turn as Rukia Hollowfies and attacks.
