The Goal: 

21st Century Christians ought to become visionaries

Habakkuk 2:2-3

"Then the Lord answered me and said:

“Write the vision

And make it plain on tablets,

That he may run who reads it.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time;

But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.

Though it tarries, wait for it;

Because it will surely come,

It will not tarry."

Though the vision tarried, it shall come to pass.

The word vision is the word : châzôn * khaw-zone' * and it means,  a sight (mentally), that is, a dream, revelation, or oracle: - vision.

It is a mental sight, a dream, a vision, a revelation, an oracle, a prophecy (1 Sam 3:1; Mic 3:6).
