It was regular for any of the people in the Ichiban Kingdom to watch their prince, Katsuki Bakugou, running away from his castle during the night with the villager Izuku Midoriya in his arms.
The village loved Izuku, and they were always fond of the prince and Izuku running around together.
However, Izuku was an omega. In Ichiban, it didn't really matter. They didn't really go with your secondary gender as your everything (position, class, etc.)
That was something completely opposite from the Jotai Kingdom with King Eni Todoroki and Prince Shoto. Status was everything, thus the name. So, when Enji demands the greatest omega for his youngest, he finds that Izuku fits perfectly.
He demanded Izuku, but of course, the kingdom refused to. That is until the kingdom is threatened with war, and innocents were being kidnapped from Jotai.

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
