What if instead of there being five years between the events of infinity war and most of the events of Endgame there was 15. During that fifteen years Nat and Steve started a life of their own and tried to a bit more normal while raising twins in New York not to far from the avengers compound where Natasha goes to have weekly meetings with Brody, Carol, Rocket, Nebula, and Okoye. While Tony and Pepper also started their own little family.
