From the moment that Dave first saw Ash, he knew that she was special. Although the ideas of Fate and soul mates had never meant much to him, he still felt like Ash could be 'the One'. But this belief was followed by some tougher wisdom: relationships take effort, love must be built, and sometimes - just maybe - couples can be incompatible.
This off-beat teen romance examines our reactions to the moments that shape our lives, and the emotions that surround them. It reminds us that real life doesn't start once you get a job - every day of our lives is a brush stroke in the bigger picture. And for Dave, some brush strokes painted clearer lines than others.
