I leaned in and touched my lips to his, and he sighed into my lips, and held his arms around me one more time, while our lips touched for the last time. I did it. I kissed him, and I felt him smile into our kiss. I was happy I made him happy.
We pulled away at the same time, and he looked me in the eyes and kissed my cheek. Then my forehead. "I love you Gwen."
"I love you Nate", I said back, and he held my hand and led me out of the bedroom.
We got to the living room and Gavin came out of the kitchen with a beer, that he took huge sips out of and looked at us. I watched him look at me up and down, and up and down again. And then at Nate, same thing. My heart swelled with the sight of him. But yet...my heart sunk heavy in my chest at what I had to tell him soon.
