The escaped tributes have been separated. Some have made it to Thirteen; others have been captured by the Capitol and face a life of oppression and servitude. With the whole nation aware of their plight, the war between Capitol and rebels is hotting up. The rebels have control of the security network, but the districts are failing to rise up with them and the military might of the Capitol is a constant threat. Meanwhile, the rescued tributes are struggling to adapt to their new surroundings, new roles and new friends.
Sooner or later, one side is going to have to blink.
