When a house fire claims the lives of four people from a family of five in Leicester City, Alice White, a homicide detective wasted no time to be at the the scene. She in no time deduces that the fire was indeed not an accident, and begins to investigate the origins of plain white mask from the crime scene. Her investigation leads her to Noah Stewart, a former investigative journalist. The Australian has been obsessed with tracking down his family's murderer for years. The pair wasted no time determining that they are looking for the same man, who is popularly known as 'The Mask'. Dark secrets are gradually revealed as they tackle cases of various kinds which, unsurprisingly, attracts some unwanted attention to the pair.
