Hiraku "Hakku" Hakamada grew up to his father's fireside stories about their homeworld in the sky, the Cloud Realm. Nine years prior to his birth, half of the Magic in the Cloud Realm disappeared, and the Mages promptly blamed it on the Meta Humans, casting them out.
Having heard about the harsh divides between the Mages in the Inner Clouds, Ninjas in the Middle Clouds, and Metas in the Outer Clouds, Hakku dreams of finding the Stolen Magic and prove the Metas' innocence. On his nineteenth birthday he takes off from his home in the Sky Islands of the Outer Clouds to find a crew that he can fly with pride as well as become a captain his crew is proud of.
Their destination? The Inner Clouds where the Stolen Magic is supposedly stored in a mysterious book.
So just so y'all know, this isn't exactly a fanfiction of any one particular anime. It's a combination of ideas from primarily three animes: BNHA, Naruto, and Fairy Tail with hints of One Piece scattered in.

After 9 years of the down fall of the "Blue Dragon Clan", she meets a man named Zabuza. He took her in and takes her to his hideout, where she meets a young boy named Haku, who's around the same age as she is. Luka and Haku falls in love at first sight. Later on Luka gets kidnapped by the "Red Dragon Clan", and then Haku goes to the "Village Hidden in the Flames."
