Francesca 'Frankie' Williams, daughter of Claire Williams, granddaughter of Sir Frank Williams. Frankie has grown up around the Williams teams and has been part of the team's atmosphere from a young age and has always loved motorsport. Her grandfather Frank has taught her all about leadership and she kept telling him when she was younger she just want to be like him. A team principal.
  At the age of 19 she met her best friend George Russell when he came and signed for the team and they have been inseparable ever since.
  In January 2020, Frankie's mum Claire decided to step back as deputy team principal and family representative of the team but it also comes as a shock that the team principal wanted to step back as well. This is when Frankie takes responsibility for the team and becomes the youngest ever team principal in F1 history, as well as being the family representative for the team.
  How will she cope? Will she crack under the pressure? Will she fall for the Canadian driver on her team? And will all the other team principals accept her?All Rights Reserved

Partnered with back-to-back champion Max Verstappen, she's on the hunt to become the youngest ever World Driver's Champion and the first female World Champion. However, it won't be easy with her old mentor Lewis Hamilton finding himself in a competitive car and gunning for his eighth title, Max looking for the triple along with a newly rejuvenated Ferrari team looking to restore glory after a series of embarrassing events the previous season. On top of this Elodie has to try and find a way to handle the growing tension between herself and Max, both of whom are struggling with the constant push and pull of their attraction to one another and now within even closer proximity it becomes harder to manage as the pressure mounts both personally and professionally.
