Bakugo x (C/N) Kaminari
You were always the outcast. The one who was picked on, the one who was always left out. You never had any friends except for your brother. You were always bullied for "not dressing like a girl" as well as not sticking to the "gender norm". But deep down, you knew that you were NEVER a girl. You figured that out when you were nine.
Your parents were pro heroes, but one day they just never came back from their mission. They were reported as missing, but you and your brother knew that they would always return to you both. Your parents were very supportive of your choices, even at such a young age.
After a series of unfortunate events, a nice couple adopted you and your brother, and you've lived with them since.
Middle school came and went, and before you knew it, it was time to apply for a high school. You both aimed for UA High- the most prestigious hero school in all of Japan. You didn't care, though. You physically tortured yourself, pushing past your limits. You ended up in the hospital quite a few times, too. Your brother Denki tried to stop you multiple times but you knew that if you really wanted to get into this school, you'd have to work your ass off. He was already stronger than you and more than ready for the practical exam. You, however, weren't. You see, your quirk could only do so many things at the time. But Denki didn't understand that you had to get onto his level to have more fighting skills.
After ten months of breaking yourself, the day of the practical exams finally came, and it's fair to say that you passed. And before you knew it, it was the first day of school.

He'd be able to make money, and do something productive out of his free time. He started working at the library after finishing his junior year, and fell in love with it, so he stayed longer than expected. A simple, quiet job, where he got to meet new people. The famous class A's third year was finally starting, two years after the incident that shook the world into despair. Japan was still recovering; rebuilding cities and lives. Even after two years, Kaminari was still suffering the consequences of the Final War. Filled with anger and hate, he wanted things back to normal again. His biggest problem: Katsuki Bakugo. The stupid boy was probably one of the people he hated the most; his attitude, his upbringing, his quirk, everything. After the falloff of their friendship, Kaminari wanted nothing to do with him. He couldn't stop thinking about him and how much he wanted to slap him in the face. However, Bakugo seemingly couldn't stop thinking about him either, though for a different reason. Kaminari catches his stares constantly, those red eyes burning into the back of his head. He had to face the problem head on, or it was going to eat him alive.

It all starts when Deku gets hit by a quirk so now he can't understand what anyone says. So he just smiles and waves watching Bakugo for cues when he can. Bakugo is the only one who can communicate with him at all using a language they made while still toddlers and best friends. The two grow closer while trying to hide Deku's condition until he gives up during class one day and just throws his desk and books pissed off. On the bright side he is able to study his quirk while going through all this and is able to master OFA because of it. But Deku is starting to relive trauma from growing up alone because he has been so isolated for so long. Bakugo really does try to help but of course Deku doesn't tell him until he snaps. He gets up after flipping his desk before pulling Bakugo's chair back and sits on his lap trying to bury his face in his chest. The class is shocked and quiet, expecting Bakugo to explode but instead he just gently caresses the boy and talks using a sweet voice in a language no one knows understands or recognizes.
