A city built of the finest the world had to offer sits high atop a hill, surrounded by layers of concrete and brick. Its aura is almost divine as those unworthy stare up at her majesty. Naturally, even the purest of mankind's creations will be corrupted by the very hands that created. Deceit, deception, and exploitation are built into the human mind at this point, it's in our nature to be the worst we can be. In this city, morals are an after-thought as people reach for what they think will make them happiest.

In this city, a boy and his sibling slowly figure out how to escape with what little sanity they have left. In this city, something outside their control grips the city in a tight grip, allowing the darkness to slip and slither out of the dark. In this city, something is terribly wrong.

In this city, it's up to you to look out for you and anyone you care about. After all, who knows who's watching?
