Hello, welcome to the description, which is the prologue in this book. Also a small reminder this is an AU.

The puffs have left New Townsville for 2 years now, leaving the ruffs to take care of the town. Before the puffs sudden disappearance they ruffs decided to be good, and help the puffs take care of the town. Since the puffs disappeared it was all up to the ruffs to protect Townsville, the only thing left of the puffs were 3 objects. A boomerang for Brick, a flute for Butch (which he barely knows how to play) and a baseball bat for Boomer.
But when they come back something's very different about them...
