Everybot from Cybertron are excited for the coming of Christmas... all except Megatron, the Decepticon Leader. He hates Christmas, charity work and even poor bots! But one night, he is visited by his business partner, Starscream, who died seven years ago. He warned him that he'll be visited by three spirits. If he dosen't listen, he'll end up like him, he'll have heavy chains and money boxes attached to him forever. Minutes later, he is visted by the Ghosts of Christmas. The spirits journey with Megatron to the past, present and future, teaching him good morals and hoping for him to change his bad attitude. Will he change his bitterness into pure kindness, or end up like his greedy business partner? What will be his fate?

The war has ended, leaving Megatron as a prisoner and Optimus as the new leader of Cybertron. Unwilling to execute Megatron for hate of killing yet another mech, Optimus devises a plan to hopefully change Megatron for the better. But there are always flaws with even the best of plans, so the Prime must take the good with the bad as he tries to show Megatron that even he can feel happiness.
