Julie Bianchi is the wife of Donatello Bianchi, the Don of the Italian Mafia. After having 11 sons, Julie is finally blessed with a baby girl. The excitement does not last long though. She realizes that the mafia is no place for a young girl to grow up in. Her baby girl would be constantly in danger and she could not accept that.

Julie wants to protect her daughter from the big bad world so she pretends that the gender of the baby that she is pregnant with is a boy. No one knows of this except her Doctor whom she paid to keep quiet.

At just 6 months pregnant, Julie runs away. When Donatello and their sons find out they are missing, their world turns upside down. The family becomes cold and closed off.

They looked everywhere but they couldn't find them. 17 years later, they finally get a call that would forever change their lives. Julie got into a coma, leaving her 'son' without a legal guardian.
