Haryana Changes Registration Rules For Sale Deed Of Property

The Haryana Government has rolled out significant improvements during the time spent enrollment of property/land deal deeds to plug the escape clauses to actually look at trick of supposed vaults of properties. These tricks happened during the lockdown and it covers north of 30,000 deal deeds executed without the required No-Objection Certificates (NOC) from the Town and Country Planning and Urban Local bodies divisions.
