Let's face it, nobody's perfect. We all get wedgies some time in our life. Just ask Hailey Walters. It's not exactly the best first impression to have someone see you pull out a wedgie while wearing Winnie the Pooh pajamas, now is it? For Hailey, perhaps it didn't really matter because she never has to face the so-called "gorgeous jerk" ever again. Right? Wrong. It's also definitely NOT a good first impression to be someone's bully back in junior high, especially now that he looks hot as hell. Though it also shouldn't matter since it's college and the chances of seeing people from middle school are close to slim. Right? Again, wrong. Add in to the mix an overprotective brother and a secretive roommate? It's not exactly the college experience Hailey expected. With cheating ex-boyfriends, conflict with friends, and little match making, maybe sometimes Hailey just has to stop over thinking and let fate do the rest. Too bad over thinking is her forte.

"He's only gotten more charming with age. And every time our fingers brush, my neck and ears tickle." • It's been 17 years since Lara Jean Covey started college life at UNC very sad and very Peter Kavinsky-less. And she's glad to report that she's finally all grown up now and has moved on... from everyone, just about. But then Chris invokes Bridesmaid Duties and demands that Lara Jean fly to Asia for Chris and Trevor's rather exotic wedding. And of course, Trevor invokes Best Man Duties of one Peter Grant Kavinsky. There is only one thing for a Song-Covey woman to do in a time like this: put her designer Big Girl Pants on and try not to make old mistakes, only new ones. +++ COMPLETED ON AO3 under AGirlWith17Words
