Sybil Trenton has lived for a long time. Maybe not as long as many other things that go bump in the night, but for a witch living to 61 and still looking 19 is pretty extraordinary. It may have to do with how she was born, or the fact that she has demon blood running through her veins, but one things for sure. Moving to the small, miserable town of Forks Washington on a whim from a friend's vision, may have been the stupidest and most tantalizing decision she'd ever made.

While her plan was to blend it, that becomes increasingly more difficult when she unknowingly has caught the attention of two members of the most elusive family in town.

Jasper Hale and Alice Cullen seem to have taken an interest in Sybil, which means blending in is no longer as easy as she would've hoped. Through a series of fortunate and not so fortunate events, Sybil is quick to learn that Forks might not be as boring as she originally imagined.
