Tenley and Finn live in the small town of Lavender Bay, Florida. The country is at war, with itself, East versus West. Finn, also known as the bad boy, is the rich kid, son of General Alan Evens, from London. Tenley James, also known as the little smart girl, is the adopted girl, whose adoptive mom, Rose, has more secrets then she lets on. When a lady claiming she works for the government, saying that she needs Finn and Tenley for a test, to see if they could help them win the war. Then Tenley discovers something that turns the whole thing around.
