Two years after the battle at Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy's trial has finally reached a sentencing. As part of probation, he's going to have to spend three full years living, working, and breathing as a muggle. As if that weren't bad enough, he isn't allowed any contact with family or friends. Oh, and he's sent to another continent - just for good measure. This is when he meets Araminta Thomas, his weathered 19-year-old coworker that has a fixation on caffeine and a keen (yet developing) eye for b--s-. She, in particular, drives him absolutely mad.
How will Draco navigate his repulsion of all things muggle when he has no escape? His entire future depends on his probation being a success. And it goes without saying that nobody, under any circumstances, should ever learn about his "eventful" past. Not even if that person happens to be a certain 19-year-old... And what secrets does she have of her own, anyway?

Madam Pomfrey stood completely frozen for a long moment like this was the exact opposite of what she expected to happen when Draco woke up. "Mr. Malfoy, wait!" Draco panicked. He did not know where he was, only that he was nowhere close to home.
