This is a short story written when I was 10, still practicing. I would have edited this to sound better, but the rawness and simplicity of it spoke to me as sweet and especially good for children.

The Darkness of Beasts and Men
This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included. No idea if I'm going to write another story with the same sort of people or not, so I will get back to you later about that. Anyways, have fun and good luck. All characters' names and characteristics and fiction, I did not take them directly off somebody, so in cases of coincidence where you or someone you know looks like a character, my apologies, but I swear I didn't look up people and write their description. At least she tried...until she decided to take a drink from a random guy. She blacked out only to wake up in a holding cell. It didn't help that she didn't remember anything that happened at the party or that the tattooed Greek god sitting next to her invaded every thought in her mind. -𐀔- "Do you by any chance have 50,000 dollars?" I looked at her with a raised eyebrow. Why would a girl like her need that much money? It must have something to do with why she was in the holding cell. When she noticed I didn't answer her eyes shined with nervousness. Usually I'd like to see the uneasiness in people but, on her, I'm not so sure I like it. "Why do you need it?" I said, causing her eyes to widen as she quickly averted her eyes to anything else but me. "Well, I might have destroyed a very expensive painting and I kind of need to pay the people back-and before you say anything, it wasn't my fault, it was drunk me fault." I let out a sigh and ran my hand through my hair.
