Bakugou's parents send him to a reform school every summer and spring break from the tender age of eight since they found out that he was bullying Inko's child, Midoriya Izuku. This was a special reform school of course, but Mr and Mrs. Bakugou didn't know the school's true nature when they sent Katsuki to the school.
