Andy Greenwood is sent on a job to steal a USB stick from an anonymous client from Jack Wentworth, the local multi-millionaire businessman.  On the same night, Mr. Ray, the local high school geometry teacher and Wentworth himself are killed by the same method; carbon monoxide poisoning in the car. When a hysterical classmate accuses Andy of killing Mr. Ray, everything falls on Andy as he has to hold up his claim of being in the school at night.  He has to come up with a way to not incriminate himself and find the killer of the two men before the police find out his real whereabouts and put him in jail.
