[SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME SPOILERS THROUGHOUT]
~ Set right after the donut shop scene in the film, and in MJs POV throughout. ~
"Peter Parker... That name. It seems familiar and I don't know why."
After the spell MJ forgot Peter Parker ever existed. There were blanks where he once was, or the memories were slightly altered. One day he came into the donut shop to explain everything as promised but he felt that MJ and Ned were better off without him.
But without fail he showed up to every one of MJs shifts at the coffee shop. Will love blossom once again? Or will she see him as some weird stalker and so moves on completely from Peter?
MJ is also excited to go to MIT in the next year so with the pressure of passing her finals to graduate, will she be able to keep up with everything as things begin to get more overwhelming?

Peter goes to college and meets Michelle, a pretty girl, who won't stop reading her books. He has a crush on her, he is Spider-Man, he goes to college. That's it. What, you were expecting an elaborate description, full of useful details and information? I can't write those. No, seriously, I'm honestly sorry, I just can't. But here's a short section from the story. I hope it will do the trick, too: "Jesus, you know you can just leave any time, right?" came a voice from his right. Peter turned to the source of it and saw as the girl already turned back to her book, not showing any interest in whether he was gonna answer or not. "What?" he asked back with a blank brain, still not even really processing what she just asked him. "Look, I don't usually care if someone feels like sleeping on a class, but you've been trying to fight it for the last ten minutes and at this point, it's just painful to witness." Peter tried to recollect his thoughts as well as a little amount of dignity. Did she just insult him, or was this more of a result of a simple observation of hers? "I honestly don't know why. I just do" I shrug as we make a sharp left down the street down towards the shelter. "Did you volunteer there or something?" He asked to make easy conversation and I thought about it for a second before responding "No I don't think I have" as Ned nods with "same." "But it's cool that you're doing this for them even when you don't know anyone there" He smiles as I smile in return. "Thanks. I just-I don't know. I think I knew someone there. Nothing particularly terrible has happened (yet), but every day he goes longer and longer without meaningful personal contact, he feels like he loses a part of himself. He's really not sure how much longer he can keep this up. Meanwhile, MJ and Ned keep having weird experiences. Memories seem to flash and flutter, disappearing before they can grasp them, and it's getting increasingly annoying. It feels like they're missing something big, but with their friendship intact, senior year coming to a close, and the looming promise of MIT in the fall, they can't tell what it is. Between the mystery of Peter Parker (the coffee boy who keeps showing up at her job), the unreliability of her own memories, and the stress of her school life, MJ doesn't quite know how to feel.
