"Here, why don't you draw me a picture and I'll see if I can find who you belong to." Kara says pulling out a piece of printer paper and some colored pencils she keeps in her desk and sliding them to the child.
The girl seems to agree as she takes the materials and leans on the desk to start coloring. Kara sends out an office wide email about the kid and settles back into her writing.
Or Kara finds a kid in her office one day only to find out the cute little girl belongs to none other than Lena Luthor.

"Ahh... Hi." Lena looks up at the blonde woman, expecting a fan that recognized her, she raises an eyebrow. "Umm... all the tables are taken up and the inside is full too. So do you mind if I sit with you? I mean I guess I could just go home but I was kind of looking forward to reading at my favorite Cafe on a beautiful day like today. But I can just go. I should go. She's to take care of their youngest daughter Lena, who's been forced to move back in with her mother after a devastating explosion at her job, causing multiple fatalities and her brother's incarceration, nearly killed her too. That's been a year ago and physically, Lena is fine, but she has a severe depression and needs someone to look after her. That's where Kara comes in. Kara paced the bathroom floor. Something had made her choose to do this, but she didn't know what. She continued to pace for three minutes until the timer went off. Once it did she raced into the kitchen and grabbed the test on her sink. She turned it over and saw the words PREGNANT, sprawled on the screen. "I-i can't be!" Kara said to herself. Seconds later her door flew open, causing her to hid the test and turn. "Oh it's just you, Lena you scared me" Kara said.
