Carla was a new addition to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. She was a cat animatronic, snowy white, with ginger on the paws, tail, ears, and belly. She was to be the pianist for the band. 

On her first day, she met a child named Kyle. They chatted a bit, and then Kyle's mom noticed some red blotches on Carla, and a foul stench in the air. She connected the dots in her mind and realized what the red was. 

She complained to an employee about it, causing the pizzeria to get shut down. It stayed closed for a long time, and Kyle kept wondering why. 

A few months later, the pizzeria was reopened, and new animatronics were made in replacement to the older models...

And Freddy realizes, Carla never really died.
