Tommy and Athea are near-identical twins, in body and mind. Both age sixteen, and both very smart, they are vigilantes, patrolling the poorer parts of L'Manburg since the heroes don't. But when they get tangled up in the world of heroes and villains, sort of on accident, their lives change forever.
Heyyy! So if you read this before I kinda changed the entire plot and stuff, I am super sorry but I really just couldn't crank out the chapters because it wasn't working for me lol. I do hope you enjoy this plot though!

People who are constantly hunted down by heroes for doing what's right, illegally. Tommy and his brother, Isaac, embark on a journey to a city away from home. After escaping their breaking family, the Simons. They set off on a journey of freedom, away from the clutches of their parents. As the years go by, in the shitty city they live in with a flawed hero system, they've decided to help those in need in the poorer parts of the city. Wilbur was proud to instate his younger brother as the vice president.
