When the government shuts down, the United States turn into a war zone. A small band of boys, Daniel, Dom, and Isiah, have to learn to survive in the streets in their attempt to go to Washington D.C. to a protective sanctuary Dom's dad told him about. After being bombarded at school and abandoned by their parents, all these boys have is each other in a world full of danger.
