Isana Veilda doesn't know much about her life before she was Idata's most feared criminal. Not that it mattered to her, there were much larger, more consuming threats at every hour of the day in Idata. The inspectors amongst the most prominent. The inspectors run their errands at a set time of each day, terrorising the citizens, maintaining control over the city.
Ruthless killing machines to anyone who isn't perfect by their standards, most citizens lock themselves away only coming out when absolutely necessary. No one knows who or what they are, or what exactly they do to their victims. But when Isana gets taken by them, she discovers the truth. Because of this she must participate in the 'game' run by an anonymous man the created the inspectors. Only the consequences of this game is real and if you lose you plunge into the forever fate of the soul-less.
