You all remember the night Shorter got injected with Banana Fish then was later killed by Ash. But what if that didn't happen. What if he was saved by someone unexpected before Abraham had the chance to inject him.
Yut-Lung managed to sneak out of the room without Golzine looking at made it down to the lab to stop Abraham Dawson. He manages to do it and he explains to Shorter a lot of stuff about him and his hatred for his brothers. Shorter doesn't pay attention and focuses on saving Eiji and Ash.
It goes on how episodes 9 and 10 go on except Shorter isn't dead.
