A new villain organisation appeared out of the blue to the heroes radar, they found out that the entire organisation wears a full black outfit that has a cloak and utility belt and either a white, grey or black mask with a smile painted on it. These masks gave the group the name 'Happy Face'. None of the members have been caught and taken into questioning so the heroes have no idea what their goal is, who leads them or who they are dealing with.
