Virgil Grimm and Roman Krol are opposites in high school. Virgil doesn't pass as his true gender and Roman seems to be the success story the small town high school were hoping for. 

After a school project it seems the pair have time travelled to their adult selves where they're married and have a young son. Will they manage to avoid suspicions until they're back in high school or will they be stuck as adults forever? Will this tear them further apart than high school stereotypes already do - or will something blossom and their future be correct?
