Elizabeth lost the love of her life in WW2 and was left to take care of three children on her own. What happens when she finds out he is still alive, but he doesn't remember her? What happens when she learns she is adopted?

When Elizabeth was 27, she was on her way to her sister-in-law's house who was watching her children. However, when Elizabeth got into a car accident that should have ended her life but she wakes up in a hospital, something isn't what it seems.
