Who the Hell Knows → Jeon Jungkook

9481 - The numerical title of the one and only classified national law enforcement agency of South Korea. Consisting of 4 different divisions, over 46,000 employees, one enclosed and expansive location with private grounds that stretched for kilometers, and 5 different unknown "bosses" who oversaw the entire operation, 9481 was a force to be reckoned with. Park Jimin, former officer of one of the highest rankings, saw to it that he challenged that fact (with a little help from lower-ranked Seo Bongcha, one of the single best shots within the entire agency since its formation).

Bin Hwayoung and Jeon Jungkook have known of each other since they were teenagers, having trained together as - what the agency referred to as - new recruits. They didn't talk until their graduation four years later, however, when a stewing conflict reared its ugly head and they've hated one another ever since. They trained alongside Jimin - Jungkook one of his best friends - and were officers of the highest ranking just as he was. No one expected such a sudden turn of events when Jimin broke protocol and disappeared; resurfacing to kill one of the 5 overseeing bosses that most 9481 employees had little idea even existed. His goals were specific - the bosses were treating them like pawns in a big game of life, and to find justice for himself and his peers, he felt he must take matters into his own hands. He enlisted help from Bongcha, and together, they set out.

Of the remaining officers of their levels, Hwayoung and Jungkook were left - and due to the positions they held, it was their duty to come together and stop Jimin and Bongcha before they made it through the entirety of 9481 overseers. Lives were on the line, and now their former coworkers were becoming national threats. It was up to them to put aside their differences and succeed in the biggest mission they'd faced since they'd received their first position badges.
