After so much time has passed, he finally gets to see her again...
Shizu has finally come home to Tempest! It's been two years since her death, but she has appeared to everyone once again. Granted, at her sides are two blue flames, she had not fully come back. However, she was able to give herself a phantom form that works just like a normal human body. Shizu can hear, taste, touch, smell and feel as if she were alive. It took so much time and effort, all made worth it again to be held by the people she grew to love. Especially with the one person that gave her so much in so little time. Or should she say "slime" that gave so much.
Rimuru couldn't have been more excited, overwhelmed and so very happy! His destiny one has returned to him! His beloved Shizu. He has never been very open about emotions he's feeling or felt. Not with any of his subordinates; he feels they need a strong leader to look up to. Yet... he always found his heartache when thinking and remembering her. With rare moments of him waking with a few tears shed. But now, Rimuru can finally be with someone who truly understands him. Someone to have and to hold forever.
The town is up in arms with the return of a great warrior! Especially the goblins, being how they were the ones to have first met her. All are excited and can't wait to hear the stories of when she and Lord Rimuru first meet at the beginning of this towns creation.
However... not all are as excited as they should. Seeing how Lord Rimuru has made it quite clear... One lady has always been in his heart 💙

In this fanfic, this story will briefly discuss Rimuru's mindset (which passive & pacifistic ). This new version of Rimuru will have proper ruler's attitude and not allows apologizing for the smallest mishaps. But don't worry will still have his personality but there will slight improvements. ( let's be honest he deserves respect) In in my personal opinion, I never did understand why Japanese animes allows that 'no-back bone main character' who even lets his subordinates boss him around a little when his is supposed to be the master!!! smh . However on the contrary, they do have those lovable rage moments, barely. Now to continue my outline of this fanfic, this will not be the regular tensura slime we know and love. The world of tensura will take place a few years after The Great Tenma War.... No there will be no harem involving hinata, velzard, velgrynd or luminious. There maybe a chance with chole , ...maybe! Jewel of Tempest
Rimuru was taking a break after the entire orc invasion incident and decided to take a stroll through the forest. While walking along he runs into a monster that was run out of their home by the orcs and lost their entire family to the attack. With nowhere to call home and no family to go back to, Rimuru accepts the monster into the new and growing town as his adopted daughter. The story will follow the main story beats of the light novel, but events will be changed due to a close bond forming between Rimuru and the new monster. The bond will be explored along with the world around the two of them, giving more depth to the characters and allowing them to move outside of the main story's narrative. This is my first time writing something like this so I apologies if there are any glaring issues you may notice. With that said if you see something that could use improving, I invite you to drop a comment and let me know about it so the story can be improved for everyone. The Mature rating is mostly just to cover my bases as I don't know where things will go as the story progresses. I of course don't own "That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime' so please check out the original work by Fuse.
