"We are all searching for someone whose demons will play well with ours"
                     -Meghan Coates

Wisconsin is just a girl with obsessive compulsive disorder. No, her room doesn't look like a hospital, and crooked lines don't drive her more insane than any other regular person. But she sits there, picking at her skin. Peeling the skin off her lips and fingertips. Most people don't notice, they just think she has chapped lips.

Blade has anger issues that have gotten him into some serious dilemmas. Fortunately, he hasn't killed anyone--his dad stopped him before he could snap the neck of the newspaper boy who didn't throw the paper closer to him when he was so clearly waiting for it.

On one ordinary Wednesday, the two collide. Literally.

Can the girl who can barely keep herself together help the boy everyone has given up on? Can he provide what's needed to occupy her mind from tearing herself apart? Spoiler alert: he doesn't kill her.
