To kill Spider-Man.

Peter Parker is hiding a big secret from his best friend. He's the one and only Spider-Man. Fighting bad guys as the masked vigilante. He's been able to web up every villain that comes his way.

Except for Blackcat.

Blackcat and Spiderman have been enemies for almost a year. Snide after snide. Punch after punch. Fight after fight.

And both of them don't realize that they're actually fighting their best friend.

And what's more their all at each other's throats! Can peter get his team together in time for them to stop Ock from changing the coarse of history or will shield be eliminated from the time line?
