What are we to the Gods?

Growing up homeless and orphaned in Kavia, the question never bothered Ari Dalthus. As far as he knew, the Gods could care less about mortals; if they were really there, that is. The Gods are present in Eqular, however, and their presence is about to become far more prominent.

The Gods have chosen their candidates, but tyranny brews and bubbles to make use of this godly power. Having a sword and bow, blessed by the primordial Goddess Nyx, Ari Dalthus must venture into to the plagues of the unknown to take a stand against this misuse of godly power. With all he has going for him, the doubts of a youthful mind afraid to face the future are the last thing that could help him on this journey. It forces him to raise a question; am I enough?
