In December of 2012, I was Visiting a science lab on a school field trip. They were experimenting to see if they could use charges from lightning to resurrect a dead lion. I dropped a pendant my parents had given me, and it slid under the railing. As I was crawling under the railing, they started the experiment. The lightning was getting out of control and strayed from the lion and ended up hitting me. Next thing I know I'm in the hospital waking up from a four-day coma. There was nothing wrong with me, and doctors couldn't explain it, so they ruled it a miracle. I was released a week before Christmas and was able to attend school again. something ends up upsetting me my first day back. the angrier and more upset I grew the more my veins would glow neon yellow. my eyes turn white-ish and then a lightning bolt crashes through the school roof and hits the classroom, (only minor injuries were obtained to my peers) Withing the next few minutes I was Taken by a swat team to a facility where they tested on me till late April 2015. during my stay, I was able to work on controlling my ability a bit. late April 2015 I got my first visitor nick fury. he offered me an opportunity for a new place to stay and freedom, on the condition that I help save the world.

You never believe something can happen to you until it does.
Your entire life gets turned upside down, uprooting you from everything you thought you knew and turning you into something completely different. Your world seems to take a turn for the worst, and the things you once enjoyed take a backseat to wallowing in self pity and wading knee-deep in sadness.
That's how it was when my brother died.
Only a year ago, everything I knew changed for good. Brand new town, brand new people, brand new life to live. Thankfully friends are easy to come by, but it turns out I wouldn't be lucky enough to keep my normal life.
One fateful night and two chance encounters would change everything for me. A fresh start in New York turned out to be far more than that; it was a second chance at life itself.
