One look was all it took. There is this one boy. I met him in the hallways in between classes. Something about him made me drawn to him in a matter of seconds. I don't know what happened but it sure made me fall in love (just a bit). So i started writing poems about him even though he is never going to read them.

Love Misunderstood
I only ever met one man I'd call truly noble. He was a man who was misunderstood and worthy of the world, yet everyone saw him differently. That was until I saw his true colours. The more I caught his eye the more he noticed me. We would pass each other, I would always stare a little longer at his back, wondering his story. People used to move out of the hallways if they saw him approaching whereas people would come and talk to me. He kept to himself, I was never alone, he had no friends, I was friends with everyone, I never saw him talk to anyone I spoke to many. we were polar opposites. At least that's what I thought until that day in the library, that is where I will start this story. Everyone is different, I hate the word "different", I much prefer the word unique. Unique is the only way to describe him. This is not just a story about love, it is about helping two souls who act differently but are the same on the inside, it shows the messy parts that aren't shown in movies, the tragedy, and the comedy but most of all the sizzling romance between two broken people who became one. He was perfect. The kind of perfect I wish I could be. The kind of perfect we could've been if only he had liked me back. Everything started in those damn highschool hallways. When my stupid obsessions and delusions started to become reality. Or so I thought... He was perfect. The kind of perfect I wished this short story to be. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. I have been through a lot of heartbreak in my life. At only 14, I've erected well over 50 poems in only in interlude of only 2 months. From Mid- October to the last day of 2019. This time I was rejected. I was cheated on and dumped in middle school. I have 3 "Albums" of poetry so far. The first one I'm going to publish is called "The Emotional Monster".
