Gray-Aubriena Smith is ordinary. Her hair falls long and brown with no curls or waves, she isnt curvy or a  super friendly person, but the only thing that stands out are her grey blue eyes which she inherited from her father. Years after her dads accident to help her mom out with some bills she takes a job to work for her mothers friend Chris.   Gray newly turned seveteen and eargerly waiting for the day to graduate high school and leave her small town in Cripple Creek, Colorado and journey to bigger places and find her way in the world until one fateful day when she has to take a call for her mothers friend Chris who owns a general store/diner/auto business. Just outside of town she meets a boy who smiles throws her off kilter and whose sarcastic tone and actions keep her on her toes.
