"Today's society?" I say in all seriousness but he laughs.

"Yes, but also, it sucks that you can only ever see yourself twice. Seeing your reflection in the mirror and in pictures... You don't get to see how your eyes light up when you talk about something you love, especially when you talk about your books. You don't get to see how beautiful you look like when you really smile. I find it odd that, you've never actually seen yourself, or anyone has seen themselves for that matter, but that's why you have me right?" he places a cigarette between his teeth and smiles.

"And why exactly do I 'have' you?"
